Erin Fabian
Founder & CEO
As a CAM, she is uniquely qualified to work within associations, understands governing documents, reads building plans, understands the physical plant of the property, preventative maintenance/engineering, as well as vendor and contract negotiations. She has also worked in class A, mixed-used Commercial Management, working with high-profile business clients such as MetLife and PWC.
Erin rose to be a Regional Vice President in her industry, overseeing almost 200 employees. She is now excited to bring her depth of experience to the individual client.
